Going to make stuffed pepper soup for dinner which will simmer on stove most of afternoon – just not sure when to add the hearts of palm rice. Any suggestions ? Hearts of palm pasta and palmini pasta noodles are the same thing and the terms get used interchangeably. If you're looking for low carb rice alternatives – I have an awesome list for you that isn't just cauli rice! Amazing! I used veggies (onion, mushrooms & spinach) instead of shrimp and 1/2 asiago-1/2 parm instead of cheddar. This is going on the weekly dinner list! My husband loved it too!
