At any rate, if you don�t have any issue with differentiating black and dark bley in the manuals, then it is probably just me and you can ignore my ramblings.

Unlike the café, which was a Creator set, this one was branded LEGO Factory, a precursor to LEGO Ideas. As we all know, the sets cannot be rebuilt out of just random parts that you find in your kid's LEGO bin.Anyway, ovr032, Overalls Green with Pocket, Green Legs, Light Bluish Gray Male Hair is the cheapest of the three. I really liked the little third floor terrace that came with original Market Street design, but I had to get rid of it to accommodate my new studio apartment.

Although I am sure I would have thought it to be a great set when it was released, I'm not so keen on it now, especially when comparing it with other modulars.io model of this set that I made as well, I swapped a handful of the expensive parts and made some minor aesthetic changes as well, it'll likely take a couple of days until the file is available for download so anyone who wants to modify it further or take a better look in the program feel free to do so. Since the parts count isn’t that great, completing at least a fairly good representation of Market Street isn’t that expensive. Just like there are some Star Wars sets badged as UCS that some people don't want to acknowledge as UCS, even though they are. Since Market Street is Factory, I wonder if we'll see more Cafe Corner style sets under the exclusives heading, modular building. I had to supplement some white and dark gray bricks because I didn't have enough dark blue and light blue bricks to use.

Even the 'lack of detail' is not really a thing if you know what large buildings looked like in 2007, such as the already deluxe 4984 Model Townhouse from Creator.
